On behalf of the Management Team of the Swan Group, I wish to thank you for the “Customer service Excellence” course you delivered during the months of September and October 2011.
My colleagues found the course most interesting and useful, especially in a context where the Swan Group is putting more and more emphasis on customer service. Your enthusiasm, mastery of the subject, and practical approach have enabled us understand the challenges we shall be facing in our quest for customer service excellence as well as the corrective actions we shall need to take to adjust to the new realities.
Moreover, the techniques imparted during the practical sessions will definitively help us manage our interactions with customer in a more professional manner. There has already been an appreciable change in the way our Management Team interacts with both internal and external customers.
